Booking Details

All above rates are net in Thai Baht inclusive Daily Breakfast.
The deposit payment required is to cover 50% of the booking.
A Safety Deposit Box is available in each room.
Baby Cot (Crib) is available without charge.
Taxi Service from Haad Rin pier to Cocohut Resort and from Cocohut Resort to Haad Rin pier is free of charge —when customer reach Haad rin pier please call for collection and guests will be picked up within 10 minutes.
Taxi Service from Thong Sa La pier to Cocohut Resort and from Cocohut Resort to Thongsala pier is not available. Customers must make their own way to Haad Rin pier where they can be picked up.

Booking Restrictions

For all guests in house at FULL MOON** there is a Minimum 5 night stay for all room types and the arrival date is at least 5 days before the Full Moon date.
For all guests in house 24th Dec & 31st Dec a Minimum 10 night stay is required for all room types and arrival date is before or on the 21st of December.
At Full Moon there is a compulsory Cocktail Party at 750 Baht per person. Children receive a 50% discount.
At New Year there is a compulsory New Year Party at 2,900 Baht per person. Children receive a 50% discount.
Children below 12 years sharing room with adult/s are free of charge. (Room only)
For the guest who stays in The Cliff Bungalow on the next day after Full Moon night have to accept for any noise from the party nearby without any compensation.

Meal Rates (optional)

Breakfast (buffet) is 200 Baht per person.
Thai set dinner is 1,100 Baht -2 person.
Seafood set dinner is 3,000 Baht – 2 person.
Western set dinner is 1,700 Baht – 2 person.

Other Conditions

Children (0-5) are free of charge for bed and breakfast.
Children (6-12) are 50% discount for extra bed and breakfast.
A maximum of 2 Children (under 12) are allowed to stay with parents in 1 room.
Check out time is 12.00 noon. Request for early check in or late check out will be considered subject to availability. Check in time is 14.00 hours.

The promotion is running until July 21st2010
Prices as detailed in the chart above and for the dayes specified. Not vaild at full moon
Rooms include breakfast for 2 guests.
The promotion can be changed without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Low Season Full refund less any transaction charges if 14 days notice or more is given. Less than 14 days or no shows & early check outs are charged at 50% of Contract.
High Season Full refund less any transaction charges if 21 days notice or more is given. Less than 21 days or no shows & early check outs are charged at 50% of Contract.
Peak Season Full refund less any transaction charges if 30 days notice or more is given. Less than 30 days or no shows & early check outs are charged at 50% of Contract.
